December has been a very busy month. There have been many activities and ministry opportunities.
CHILDREN’S BIBLE CLASS
The first weekend of December we did the Children’s Bible class here at the house. Reiawna told the Christmas story.
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM AT OUR HOUSE
Reitha felt the Lord laid it on her heart to do a Christmas program with the children of the neighborhood Bible class. We are thankful that all the parents were able to come to the program.
CHURCH MINISTRY
We had the opportunity to minister a couple Sundays in December at the Ethiopian church in addition to the classes we teach.
BAKING CHRISTMAS GOODIES FOR SOME OF THE NEIGHBORS
The children and young people from the children’s Bible class helped us bake Christmas goodies for some of the people in the neighborhood.
We made up gift bags with the baked goods, a Bible, a Christmas tract, and a letter explaining, “Why we celebrate Christmas,” along with the plan of salvation.
CAROLING
NURSING HOME MINISTRY
A friend asked us to help her with some nursing home services in December.
BAPTISMAL SERVICE
Some friends at church had a part in leading Ankita and her boyfriend to the Lord. We were asked assist at their baptism service on Christmas morning.
